Lake Michigan Mailers Applies Postage

  • Premier Post®  This service allows the customer to avoid the costs associated with postage meter rental, labor, and machine maintenance as the postage is applied by Lake Michigan Mailers. This premium service is available to clients of all mail volumes. 
  • Premier Post® Automated Flats  This service is designed to achieve postage discounts for flats-size mail up to 13 ounces. This service allows the customer to avoid the costs associated with postage meter rental, labor, and machine maintenance as the postage is applied by Lake Michigan Mailers. This premium service is best suited to customers averaging 5 or more flat-size pieces per day or those that have periodic batch volumes.
  • Premier Post® Bound Printed Matter  This service allows the customer to achieve discounts on mail pieces that meet the Postal Service requirements for Bound Printed Matter including annual reports, catalogs, yearbooks, etc. This service allows the customer to avoid the costs associated with postage meter rental, labor, and machine maintenance as the postage is applied by Lake Michigan Mailers. This premium service is best suited to customers averaging 10 or more flat-size pieces per day or those that have periodic batch volumes.

Customer Applies Postage

  • Option Free®  This service provides customers who use a postage meter a guaranteed postage savings on letter and card mail, including handwritten addresses, regardless of daily volume for a small, monthly fee.
  • Option Free® Governmental   This service provides governmental units who use a postage meter a guaranteed postage savings on letter and card mail, including handwritten addresses, regardless of daily volume.
  • Option Free® University This service provides colleges and universities units who use a postage meter a guaranteed postage savings on letter and card mail, including handwritten addresses, regardless of daily volume.
  • SortMax™   This service is designed for larger, self-metering customers. This service offers guaranteed postage savings on letter and card mail, including handwritten address, for a nominal per piece fee.

  • Mail Express™  This service allows customers to take advantage of postage discounts and barcode sorting accuracy with little to no change in mail center operations. This service is designed for large volume or production-based customers.
